So my significant other brought me lunch at work . This huge plate and everything is fried :( . Its all latino food: Yuca, stuffed potato puertorican style, empanadas and cofee. I love this type of food because I am latina and I am so tempted to eat it all..but I am gonna go to my moms house for lunch and share half of it with her so I wont eat it all. And then later I am gonna have to go to the gym and do a real workout and eat very very light for dinner.

Ok so I usually weigh myself first time in the morning before I even eat anything. Today I came in to work at 10 a.m. and already ate some. So I dont know If that makes a difference or if its just all the crap I ate over the weekend. but I am a pound up :( . I really gonna have to work it out this week. Big Time!

Looking forward to my weigh in tomorrow and to go back to the healthy eating, I hope I didn't mess up too bad:( . I ate a bunch of crap but I also did a lot of exercise . I expect everything to be the same. Hopefully. :)

So I ate like a Pig on Thanksgiving day and the day after. I ate a lot of Turkey veggies and fruits, but ate a bunch of sweets too and had a few glasses of Sangria...Yes..I know...not good at all.. but I worked out my A$$ of yesterday exercising. I went mountain biking with a few cycling buddies and did about an hour and a half really hard. I am pretty sure I burned at least half of what I ate Thursday.. I just got back today from a 2 hour cycling class...pretty hard too and planning on going out tomorrow either mountain biking or road cycling if the weather is good. I won't weight myself until Monday when I go back to work. Wish me luck :)
