Here I am... bored at work. Its been very slow today but it is because of the very cold weather. Still have about 20 more minutes to go and I will be out of here straight to my Cycling class. I am a bit hungry already drank 8 glasses of water today been to the restroom about 10+ times. I have a banana and half cup of whey protein shake left for snack and I really want to eat it right now but I will wait until I am out of here to have it and get some boost for my workout. Really looking forward to it!.

I just lost about half pound since last weigh-in. But honestly I feel way lighter and I can tell because I am on a size 14 pants (34 on jeans). They weren't tight but perfect fit and now they are starting to fall. Hopefully with the change I am making to my food intake I will lose some pounds quicker. I still have a bit over a month to lose 10 and meet this challenge goal. :)

Losing 0.3 kg a Week

On Mondays I come to work mid morning after having my breakfast, so I am going to wait til tomorrow so I can weigh in in the morning. Woke up today with a really bad sinus and feeling like crap..but still with the will of losing weight and trim down feeling positive and some more after some family members asking me over the weekend exactly what I am doing because they can tell I have lost some weight and I look good and healthier. :)
Like I mentioned before I am gonna try to gradually lower my carb intake below 60g daily and go up on my protein. It is going to take me a few days because I still have some stuff left that I bought recently that are high in carbs but I am not gonna throw em away..I will just eat a bit of them each day until they are gone maybe in the next 4 to 5 days :). Happy Monday everyone!

So it is now 4:00 p.m. and I already drank my 2 liter of water. Been to the restroom about 12 times now. Heading out to my indoor cycling class in about 30 minutes and that will add at least 2 more glasses of water or sport drink to the cause for the day. Planning on sweating my life out on my bike. :)

I won't step on the scale until Monday cause I am affraid I didn't lose any. From today I will try to lower my calorie intake to 1200 and try to do 950 to a 1,000 cal before 5:30 p.m. and save 200 calories for dinner after my workouts and it will be a whey protein shake only. That will be my dinner. Hoping to go back down at least 2 pounds by Monday. I am definitely dropping sizes and getting leaner all around and it is really visible, I feel my body thight and my old clothing are starting to fit again, but I am not losing the pounds at the pace I would like too or how I use too before... which it was pretty fast and doing the same, but I understand that our body and metabolism changes with age so I got to accept that. Let's see how it goes from now until Monday.
