I have been away for a few weeks now..been extremely busy at work and with personal stuff + my sinus kicking in and out, that I was about to buy a flight ticket to the middle of nowhere. Very surprised that I havent gain but 2 lbs in all that time ..I wasn't paying too much attention to my diet and barely doing any exercise but I wasn't eating crazy either so I guess thats why. Well...I am back since last week and planning on getting back on track. Already lost 1 lbs from the 2 I gained. I am planning a 2 weeks vacation in late March and I would love to lose at least 8-10 lbs by then. I am gonna work hard for it. Watch!

I have been so busy lately that I havent been able to prepare and plan my meals and keep track on my calories. I havent workout since last Saturday and I feel guilty about it. Wanted to go yesterday to the gym but my sinus started bothering me pretty bad yesterday morning and I felt like crap, I got ready and all to go to the gym after work when I got home but just couldn't make it through out the door. Today I am feeling Blahhhh!!! as well and I dont think I am going to workout. I am hoping to feel better tomorrow, it looks like we will be around 46 degrees and sunny...thats a weather condition I can handle pretty well to go out and ride my bike. If so.. I will be out on my bike for at least 2 hours. WIll be doing at least 25 miles. I need it! I wont weigh in until the day after New Years. Hope everyone had a Great Christmas!!!

Late for work this morning so didn't have time to prepare the breakfast I had planned for today. Instead I had to quickly make a protein shake with 2%milk, some fruit and yogurt in it. Great thing last night I did prepared my lunch though. Looking forward to a great weekend.

I am sooo happy I am starting to pick up on losing . I changed a bit my diet and eating way more protein now. Doing more weight power training and trying to stay away from the sweets as much as I can. I am driking plenty of water and now after maybe a month and a half drinkng strictly water , sometimes green Tea and sport drinks (or protein shakes with fat free or soy milk))when I am cycling; I now feel the need of water all the time. I am feeling healthier and stronger each time. Thanks everyone for all your support.
