Tonight was a bit harder on the treadmill but I managed to get the 30 minutes in okay. Had to reduce the setting on the cardio in order to keep up, but am proud that I'm still here and sticking with the challenge. :-)

This entry goes with what I did on 11/12: Made it to the gym and did 31 minutes on the treadmill using the cardio option. There were moments that I wasn't sure if I'd be able to finish, but felt really great when I did!

Did Lean Abs with Daily Burn and the Russian Twist from Jillian Michaels. Added some cardio for a good finish and feeling pretty positive so far. :-0

Watched my intake today, and was able to get 30 minutes of cardio in at the gym. As one of my goals, I wanted to make that the minimum on a daily basis. Another site for exercises that I like to use is the Daily Burn. I hope to start some of the challenges here next week. :-0
