Alright guys, I've been on a little hiatus from here, but I'm back!! The left pic is from today & the right pic is from the beginning of September. Only about a 5lb difference, but I feel leaner & stronger since I've started eating cleaner.

Not gonna lie I gained a pound during Thanksgiving, but I'm back down to 138.2. Gonna start adding some cardio into my workouts and not just vball cardio on Sundays since I'm starting to coach a travelling girls vball team. Don't want the girls to think I'm out of shape to know and play the game 😂😂😂.
Waist: 25.5 (relaxed); 24.75 (flexed)
Hips: 38.25
Gut: 32.5 (relaxed); 31 (flexed)

Sunday Weigh In/Measurements!!
Fat%- 20.8%
Muscle- 36.6%
Underbust- 27 in
Waist- 25.5 (relaxed); 24.75 (flexed)
Hips- 38.5
Gut- 32.5 (relaxed); 31 (flexed)
Did really well eating wise and lost a bit on my waist. Haven't been down to a 24 in waist flexed or relaxed in about 3 years, and was surprised I'd be down to it flexed at 138.2!! (Mind you that was 20-25 lbs ago)
I found while logging, I'm subconsciously carb cycling. Not on purpose, but I've been just listening to my body and eating carbs when I feel like I need them or really want them instead of just what sounds yummy.
Depending on how I do Thanksgiving, I'll post some progress pics. 😊

Enjoying a nice cup of sliced apple chai to end the night before my weigh in for tomorrow. Pretty stoked, I did pretty good on my esting for the week. :)

Back in the 130's and hopefully to stay for a bit!! I reduced my sodium intake this week, but was a pig yesterday for some soup and other salty things.
Measurements went down, too.
Fat: 21.1%
Muscle: 36.5%
Waist: 25.25 (flexed); 25.75 (relaxed)
Hips: 38.35
Gut: 31 (flexed); 32.5 (relaxed)
On track and ready for the upcoming week. 💖
P.S.: my shoulder's getting stronger, so I benched 65 for 10 easy! Could've probably went up, but was afraid of getting stapled.
