Still sitting at 142 flat, but getting a lot better at hitting my macro goals. I'm in the ball park. I've actually lost an inch off my waist as well as other places from two weeks ago. Just got a nice body comp scale and tested it out:
142lbs flat
21.6% fat
36.3% muscle
Bone: 5.1%
I'm learning to ignore the weight on the scale more and observe my actual body measurements and composition instead. 😊

I know I shouldn't look at the scale, but sometimes I get curious after eating within my limits and feeling good. I'll admit that it was disheartening to see that somehow I gained weight. I thought maybe it could be fluid retention, but I look a lot better than before and don't seem as bloated as I used to. I tried reducing my carb intake-nkt to low carb, but lower carb if that makes sense. My body is achy from the gym, but maybe I need to start incorporating some HIIT in instead of LISS for now...

I have really been slacking in logging my dinner and snacks. I start off great in the day logging and eating wise, but I've been letting myself go at night. So here's to me taking responsibility and accountability for staying of track of my goals. ❤️ No more eating mindlessly or giving into sweet cravings-no excuses. 😊
