Day 66: Every time I go to my parents' they offer cake and ice cream, lol.
So yeah... Stuck.
51.9 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

you will learn to say no thinks with an occasional sure but very small, I have. Then I adjust my carbs to account for my nibble
