It is my birthday today and I have lost 11 lbs so far. I am now where I was in August after I dieted for a few weeks in July. I can already see the difference and I feel so much better. I didn't work out the past two days to let my body rest and i think that was a good thing. But now I have to break back into my routine.
I can't afford to sit around and fall back into old habits.

I realized today that I only have a long-term goal of 160 lbs (lose 90 lbs) by Christmas 2011. Next I have a medium goal of getting to my weight was in high school whenI was the happiest at 200 lbss(lose 48 lbs) by May 23rd (Kyle's Graduation). I think I need to set a more attainable goal for within the next month. I want to be 230 lbs by February 3rd (My 23rd Birthday!!). Thats a weight loss of 18 lbs in one month. I feel I can do that. I know my weight loss will slow down but I feel if I start out strong lose 20 lbs right away, I can keep with it and slowly take off the rest. Here's to new beginnings!
