I am back on the horse. I let myself 'let go' which is something I cannot do. I have to always have self control when it comes to food. to restart, I want to loose 15 lbs by the end of the year to get to the coveted 200 which I was at in august. Then the next step is to be 185 by my birthday. I'm going to have to be extremely good and be committed to this for the rest of my life.

I have got to pull this together. I need to get back to working out and filling up my evening with something other than tv, food, and booze. AAAAAHHH! Self CONTROL!

Starting Up again. Again. I have a goal - I will hit it and I will maintain. I have gained weight due to being lazy and somewhat depressed. You are over it. Fix it. Get going!

Can you tell I've been MIA for a while. I've been watching what I ate but not recording it. I haven't been working out - hardly at all. I've been maintaining. My problem was a buch of big events, lack of motivation, but I've proved that I can maintain. Now I just need to lose the last 45 lbs and I'll be where I can maintain for the rest of my life. I begin my rigourous weight loss regimen again! Waa hoo!

I don't get it. This week I have not worked out except for what I do at work, and I've eaten more that I usually would and then I loose my weekend weight plus a lb!! I don't get it. I've been stuck at 215 for 2 weeks and stuck at 216 a week before that. I don't get it. I'm scared to start working out again because I don't want to throw off my weight loss again. I guess I'll stick with this until it doesn't seem to be working anymore - so confused!!
