I'm really struggling getting the the teens of the 200's. I have been watching what I eat, working out nightly, and I'm still stuck at 215. I think I have gotten to the point in my weight loss where I need to start consuming more to lose the weight. Due to the fact my body is more in shap with more muscle to burn my calories and metabolism has speed up, I might not being consuming enough to allow my body to lose weight. I have decided to experiment. I have increased my RDI to 1800 calories instead of 1500, however like last time, I'm going to aim for less than my RDI and consume 1500 calories. If this works I may allow myself to work up to 1800 calories. Let's hope the weight come right off because I've been "stuck" for too long.

It took me a little longer than I wanted to lose the last 15 lbs. The traveling kinda took away from my weight loss momentum. I'm going to try to kick it up a little bit but i'ts unlikely I can get back on track. I'll have to go back to my original goal of 210 by May 22nd.

This week was a week that didnt' show on the scale but I can definately feel that the weight loss is starting to finally show. Hopefully next week it will show on the scale and I can hit my monthly goal of 10 lbs.

I have been on vacation this past week. While I let myself go and splurge just a little I maintained my calorie intake and maintained my weight. If I had been working out I probably would have lost some weight. Time to get back on track.

If I can keep my current weight loss rate of losing 10 lbs per month I will reach my first goal of 220 lbs by the end of March!! I'm going to need to change my goal to 200 lbs by May 22. YAY!!
