Back on this website and starting up again!
I've gained back a lot of weight over the last few months. This past weekend is what really pushed me to start over again.
I'm going back to eating Paleo (I'm not excluding dairy), doing a 28 day tea detox and trying to make as many of my own meals as possible.

I reached my goal ages ago but just haven't bothered to come back on here.
I'm trying to stick to eating healthy in general (not necessarily paleo) without being obsessive about it. Just trying to get some veggies in with each meal, avoiding fast food and going easy on the junk food. Haven't been exercising except for every once in a while, but that's ok. I feel pretty good and am maintaining my weight just fine.
I might start using the food tracker again after the holidays, lol.

This is not totally the result of healthy eating. I know part of it has to do with the fact that I've been overworking myself and not eating enough. Regardless, I am really excited about it. I'm going on vacation in 2 weeks and I think I'll have no problem wearing a bikini at the beach. : )

I forgot to weigh in a while ago, I went down to 119. I started eating bread again to see how I would tolerate it and I gained a few pounds. Back to 119 today.
Started doing a mini calisthenics workout in the morning, just to get myself moving a little bit. 20 push ups, 25 sit ups, 25 squats, 5 diamond push ups, 25 leg lifts, 25 jumping jacks. Trying to work on my push ups a bit.
Also went biking the other day, for the first time in probably 3 years. I forgot how much I loved it. I think I'm going to bring my bike over to my apartment and maybe start riding it to work. It's only about a mile but I guess every little bit counts, plus there's a pretty brutal hill on the way back.
