Okay...I'm starving and I won't have time to eat for about another hour. I have consumed quite a bit of caffeine today and haven't had a chance to eat anything. Got caught up on a work thing that took a lot longer than I expected it would. I had a bit of trail mix that I was saving in my locker (peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts and a few dark chocolate chips thrown in).
I haven't really exercised at all since I said I was going to (man I suck!) but there's a meet up group in my area that walks around a mall 8am-10am a couple times a week. I'm going to try to wake up early tomorrow so I can go. Not exactly strenuous workout but better than nothing, right?
I'm looking for a gym in my area that doesn't suck. I found one downtown that has a smoothie bar and it's only $20/month. But do they have free weights? Hmmm...

I ate very little yesterday. Got a ridiculous headache that pretty much knocked me out for the entire day. Oh well, at least this weight loss thing is moving along.

Did well yesterday! Today is also off to a good start.
No cardio but damn it's cold out there. I was going to get up early and go for a run but I couldn't get to sleep last night and ended up sleeping really late this morning.

Okay, not catastrophic considering how my vacation went. I would be a mess if we had WaWa in my area.
Starting over! Going to do two weeks of a strict paleo diet, try to fit in some cardio, then start lifting again and start adding in more fruits and starchy vegetables (and allowing myself a bit of cheating).

Had a bit of a cheat day yesterday...I was exhausted, STARVING (all day I could not stop eating) and functioning on very little sleep, so I figured what the hell. Otherwise I have been good.
Actually, I'm starving now. I don't know what all this ravenous hunger is about.
Since I haven't been very active lately, I think I may try to cut back on carbs (not just grains but also fruits high in sugar) until I lose a little weight, and I'll try to get some cardio in...though I am really not feeling it with this weather.
I did two sessions of that lifting program and then hurt my back (fucking deadlifts), so I'm resting this week and I'm on vacation next week. I will go back and start over the following week.
