The batteries in my scale died and I just got new ones. I haven't been able to weigh myself in two weeks. I wasn't expecting a change, but whoa! I'm happy. This is the lowest I've been since I started dieting almost a year ago.
My vacation is in a week and I think I might actually wear a bikini. :D

I have been very good of the last week and...I'm actually not sure how long. I've gotten back into the mindset of eating paleo and I feel like I've been eating this way forever. It's coming naturally now. I even cooked for myself a bit this week.
I feel really good. I don't think I have much fat left to lose. Probably not ten pounds. I will be in a bikini in three weeks and I don't feel weird about that.
Considering going back to CrossFit since apparently I have no motivation to work out on my own. I don't know, though. I may start doing yoga or something instead. Haha, I hate yoga.

Finally, a loss! I knew I would be down a bit this morning. According to my scale, my body fat percentage is 24%. I think this is good?
I didn't get to the gym yesterday but I plan to go today.

I haven't really lost any weight since I started over. Oh well. I'm not expecting to lose much (if any) more since I will be trying to build muscle from now on. I guess I can try to keep track of my body fat percentage?
I'm only a little sore today. But I know that tomorrow's workout is the painful one.
Just gonna try to keep drinking water and get lots of protein.

I went out last night, which I shouldn't have, but I only had a couple of drinks. Feeling a little dehydrated today. Somehow I found the motivation to get to the gym today. I'm going to take it easy on the weight for the first few workouts so I don't hurt myself again. So this wasn't an extremely challenging workout, but considering I have been doing NOTHING for the past 6 months, that's probably a good thing.
