vacation is over, tbh I am surprised I only gained 2.6lb and not more in the past two weeks.

I'll take it :)

I went for a nice run today and fell pretty good right now.

I am leaving on a work related trip for two weeks this weekend, so i won't be updating my progress during that time. I do also fully expect to re-gain some weight while on travel.

Once I return, I will pick back up and get back into the groove though as I have not yet met my 160lb goal.

Coming back from another long run today and the scale is polite to me today. according to my health tracker app, I burned 1500 calories on my still empty tummy.

I am Soo oOoOO close in achieving my goal of 160lb. If I stick to the plan for another week or so, I may be there.

I will be traveling for two weeks in May which will likely set me back a few lb. Even though I plan in exercising while on the road I won't be able to keep up the frequency of exercise.

I just hope the gains are not going to be too much.

And another run under my belt.
Speaking of which, I will have to go and buy a new one now, including a new set of jeans.

While cardio and weight are on the right trajectory I have been slacking off in my weight training. I know that I have to strike a balance between the two and need to get myself motivated enough to pick up the pace in that department
