went on my first run for a bit two months

My knee still hurts but I can't continue not exercising and gaining weight.

Only 28 pounds to go.

Went for a nice run and got myself today to do OMAD.

The times when I lose weight the fastest are usually those when I don't eat a lot but still stay physically active. Of course, that's not rocket science.

Today, I will see if it is interment fasting or if I can hold it until 5:00pm and do another OMAD day.

I am pooped. 2.5h run and exhausted.

At least the scale is gentle to be today. Though I fully expect this is mostly due to water-loss.

I would write more but tbh to tired to think right now.
