Im getting fat, I am depressed, stressed and dont care about much right now. In a funk.
I did order the p90x guys 10 min workout. I stopped p90x bc I dont have 90 mins to kill but the 10 min thing I can do that. itll be here in a week Ill start then.
Cant stop, well dont want to stop telling myself no and eating at night. Not sleeping either. tossed and turned every night this week.

A little loss. Cool! I think after today and tomorrow there may be more loss, hopefully. I have to spend the majority of the day getting ready for the homestudy tomorrow. I will have to workout though because I plan of having a mocha and a bread bowl of broccoli soup for lunch. I am meeting a client for her wedding meeting. We are meeting at Panara. Man do I love that place! Thank goodness I dont go everyday.
I better go eat a great breakfast to get me through all I am to do today. I must clean, vaccuum, paint, do laundry, scrub floors, hoping to buy a small rug for the door and fingers crossed I will get a haircut!
