Ok so heres the thing. My stomach pain has gotten so bad. I am barely eating. I ate dinner the one day and nothing else and very little of it too. The day before maybe 2 small meals if that. Same with the day before that. So I am not eating bc of the pain. This morning I decided to try to eat bfast. Hoping it wasnt a bad idea. Im already feeling like crap though. I exercised for the first time last night in probably 2-3 days. The abs hurt the most and i felt like I would pass out from the pain. I have to see my dr thursday for hiv testing for the adoption so I am going to bring it up to him. I really wanted to lose the weight and get healthier again. When I am not in pain I am so nauseated that I feel as if I could puke at any moment which makes it hard to eat too. I also havent been sleeping really well bc the pain seems to be at its worst when I lay flat. This sucks.

Still at 176. But I feel better. My stomach is getting flatter. Yesterday I had a really crappy day which could be why I held the weight. I was way too stressed. The one adoption agency said they were going to stop and not approve the homestudy which devastated me. Then our sw talked to us from the homestudy agency and made things all better but that wasnt until right before bed. During this time I had a crying headache, you know the ones..man did that hurt, then I had an ulcer attack bloated up to 2x my size and was very very sick.
I have been doing a few of the 10 min workouts a day everyday. Today is yoga I think. I decided not to do it til later bc I have such a busy day. I have to go get some new props for a shoot I have tonight, twins! I have to coach bball today and drop a gift off at a bday party.
I am 20lbs away from my goal. So close I can freakin taste it ya know! Hoping to be down that much when I go to Russia or at least feeling better and looking slimmer. Back in my sz 10's would be nice. I am in 12s now. Although they are getting more loose I dont feel comfy in the 10s yet.

Today I am officially starting the 10 min trainer workouts. I did them for the last several days but I only had one so I just kept doing it over and over. Yesterday all my stuff came in the mail and it came with measurement card, tape measure, bands and the dvd, oh and a calendar. On the calendar it says what to do for a month. So today is cardio, abs and lower body. So after I am done on here I will go do those 3.

Really hope to see some amazing results in 30 days! (29 days and counting from now) :)
I am also going to change my goal weight because I wanted to lose 25lbs before the adoption is final so that would have meant I needed to be 156 bc I started at 181. 20 lbs to go!!!! I can do this!!!

Yesterday was exercise class. I decided that I would exercise before I went to keep my routine. I have been eating bfast, exercising with the 10 min trainer and then shower dress and start my day. Its really been working for me. After I am done on here I will do the 10 min workout. I look forward to it every day.
Yesterday I did the 10 min trainer in the morning and brought it to my exercise class. They complained it was too much work but I did it. Then we followed it up with Leslie Sanson 2 mile kickbox n walk. I did it but not some of the moves because my stomach has been hurting really bad. Its the ulcer I think. So I walked those times.
No food last night either. I watched BLC and then went to bed, read a little then sleep. Yay for sleep. I slept good til 3am when my 2 yr old got out of her room and came down to our room and started opening the door and slamming it shut. Oh that child! She may not have gone back to sleep bc she was up by 6am when my husband got up.

I didnt eat after 7 last night. I also did eat bfast. I did the p90x guys 10 min wkout and when I got hungry after 8pm I decided to do leslie sansone 1 mile. Then I went read a book and off to bed. Still not sleeping well, maybe it is God preparing us for not sleeping when we bring our daughter home from Russia. I dunno.
I am off to make bfast for myself, kids have eaten and then the 10 min workout then a day full of running around trying to get this dossier finished, then exercise class tonight.
