numbers on the scale should not be the ruler of how you feel about yourself, or depict how you dress for the day ahead. but they do :( unless you are willing to fight the scale. that's what I am aiming to do... fight the scale, fight how some stupid numbers make me feel. when I was talking to my bf the other night about some dress I saw and commented how I would not be able to wear it, he asked why not? I told him I did not have the shape for it that I was too big. his response was no your not, all you need to do is start doing those toning exercises that you used to do and you could rock that outfit out". for the first time ever I actually think he maybe right. that my FS buddies is an amazing realization for me! so if I keep going and keep trying.. and take my own advice of one step at time, one day at a time.. perhaps I will get to wear something like that dress and feel good about wearing it.
so that is going to be the focus this week, feeling good in my own skin again.
hole everyone has a great week that is full of successes no matter how big or small.
take care and look forward I think we may actually see spring!

Losing 0.5 kg a Week
09 April 2016
I have had a bizarre week. the ups and downs have been crazy. but I survived, and the wheels of change are in motion.
was put on another medication to reduce the inflammation in my shoulders and other joints. I thought losing weight would make things better. now I'm confused.
either way I just need to keep the faith that things will improve. and also remind myself to breath, be positive and have a little patients with myself.
after all if ppl don't like you at your worst they do not deserve to see you at your best;)
hope everyone has a safe, happy and healthy weekend. :)

it's the beginning of April. snow is on the ground :( can we say eewwhh. I also stepped on the snarly scale too. at least it was down a few ounces so that's good. I have also started to do light home exercises on top of my physio that I do daily. don't know how much difference it will make but giving it a shot anyways. my theory is that maybe if ibcan see the difference in myself I can combat that negative voice inside my head that screams like a school yard child. " fatty, fatty two by four, can't get through the bathroom door.". yep good ol negative self talk, changing that is exercises all on it's own. someday it will happen, I will look in that mirror and say "dang I do look good". ... someday.
hole everyone has a great week, may all your goals be reached and successes be plentiful. :)

Losing 0.1 kg a Week
30 March 2016
just need some advice... I was seeing if they had different types of work on here. apparently they only have desk work or just work. for my job I am on my feet, always moving, always carrying or pushing something. so I was wondering if perhaps through the week in should up my calories to an "active" level and decrease them on weekends to a "low active".
does this seem feasible to do? or should I just leave it be? please help.. thank you in advance :)
