I am lazy. I eat too much junk. But thank god its getting warmer and I have been thinking about doing more. I got a new phone and have been keeping track of my steps trying to up them a little each day it seems so hard.

Wow no more cream cheese Danish.... good thing I am at half my calories for the day almost this morning already 494 calories for breakfast what a bunch of junk that is. ONE DANISH 😞. Ok it will get better. I will be eating out at lunch but it will include plenty of salad

I have been horrible for the last few weeks, life gets busy and this is the easiest thing to quit. I didn't quit the diet just being on here. And it shows my weight is up but I'm sure its water and not enough fiber if ya get my drift. Back on track now and gonna work hard mini goal of 206 by April 10th I think.
