So I'm at 211.2 this morning, up from yesterday (210.8) I didnt do much yesterday because of the weather but still I had such high hopes for this stuff. I guess I'm still looking a 4 lb loss in 3 days still 4 days to go in my week. Maybe I need to stop weighing myself so much but I really like to see it. It holds me accountable to see that number on my mirror everyday. I guess I just need to get over it. Thanks for listening

These pills are doing the job. I don't feel hungry, when its time to eat I seem to get full faster, and I am really hoping to keep dropping pounds.

Ok so on Monday I started at 215 a huge jump of 5pounds that I though was water weight, so I didn't record it. Tues morning my weight was 212.6, this morning 210.8 I really hope it continues with lose everyday even if its a smaller amount. So tomorrow if there is lose I will record it I am excited to see this work for me

Kind of excited to see what a weeks worth of these new pills will do for me. I am hoping for 5 lbs for a few weeks. They say 2-5 lbs a week.
