Ok I pulled out the big guns, I went to complete nutrition and started a new diet plan they have, it cost me 100 $ a month. I am hoping just knowing I already paid 2 months will keep me moving and losing!

What a crazy life I live. I am ready for school to be done and things to warm up. I miss my walking partner. I have still been walking just not as much as I need too.

I made the best taco salad last night. One bag of romaine lettuce hearts, 1/2 can rinsed corn, 1 can of rinsed black beans, 1/4 chopped onion, lean hamburger with a packet of taco seasoning and about 10 grape tomatoes chopped, avocado chopped. Garnish with cheese, light sour cream, Doritos and olives. Wow it was light with tons of taste. I haven't looked up the calories but it seemed well balanced so I'm all good with it.
