mulai frustasi karena bb stuck, terus entah kenapa badan kayaknya ga fit buat diajak olahraga, entah ga fit entah nyari excuse aja karena mager, tapi alhamdulillah turun juga, walaupun 1kg doang susah mampus lol.

tadi keminimarket ngecek2in deh tu kalori snack2 satu. gilasih kalorinya bisa 300-900n satu kemasannya. akhirnya tadi tetep ambil sih basreng 196 kalori per 15 kepingnya, sebungkusnya kira2 1000 kalori, gilaseeh. cuma pengen bgtt,biardeh nanti makannya dicicil ajadeh. pantesan dulu bb meroket ya, sekali nyemil aja bisa sampe 900 kalori kenyang juga kagak.
