biasanya kalo lagi underpressure gini larinya kemakanan biar happy, craving ini itu bodo amat yang penting ngilangin stress. sekarang lagi stress ngga berani binge eating kayak gt lagi, serbasalah butuh popcorn caramel, haagen dazs, baskin robbins, pizza, shilin. tapi kalo nurutin semua kepengenan aftermathnya malah tambah stress haha. kadang kangen masa2 makan apa aja bodoamat lol

sekali ngide lunch dikfc karena bm dia punya salted egg chicken, tercapailah hampir 95% kebutuhan kalori harian. aaaand suprisingly I didnt really enjoy my lunch, tetep dihabisin sih makanannya, tapi kalo dibandingin sama makanan yang biasa dimakan sehari2 sekarang, mending makanan yang aku biasa makan aja. pas makan tadi berasa banget greasy dan full of fat? dan ga suka, biasanya paling excited makan kulit, malah tadi kulitnya masih sisa.
