I feel like a total dump. I hate the weather now, it makes me so irritable, I lack energy and I would simply sleep and eat all day. And it's not healthy eating that we're talking about :( I can't seem to pick myself up and get going, do a workout here, another one there... And my friend's engagement party is in 5 weeks. I know I might seem a loser as I blame it all on the weather, but this is how I am, this is my level of meteorological sensitivity. If I eat at about 1300 cals, and clean, it seems like I need more, and I crave chocolate like it's the meal of Gods, bah! Sitting up from bed seems like a huge effort. I just hate it, and I can't wait for the weather to clear up and have myself act like a normal human being.
I did get the chance to cook some fish and veggies in the oven today, but it send me a few hours to bed afterwards. I am bear, I suppose, I need to hibernate :D

I'm back.
I don't want to calculate how many calories I got in yesterday, anyway, much chocolate involved. Basically I had an essay to submit until yesterday afternoon, and I spent a lot of time the previous two days preparing it. Didn't get much sleep the nights between, either. This was the equivalent of my last exam of my Master's degree. No more exams from now on, whohooo! Now just the dissertation to write and then I'm done with it. And also my period came yesterday, so it got me into a lot of munchies.

I don't want to stress much because of what I eat and just try to compensate by being active, for now at least. What I introduced new this week, and noticed it went well, was eating oatmeal instead of muesli or whole grain cereal for breakfast. They seem easier to get ready, and easier to "chew on" when still half asleep. What I want to do next week is include a small snack when reaching home, then working out and then cooking and having dinner. This should help me attend my workout earlier and have a longer time between the workout and bedtime, and solve the sleeping issue. I'm gradually building a healthier lifestyle, I hope so at least :)

I'm looking forward to take my measurements after my period, say 10 days from now. I keep track of them as those are visible more than kilos, in my POV. Let's see how it goes.
