So here I am, on the gaining side again. I have weighted myself several times in the last few days, and this was my steady weight for like 2 weeks now.
I was checking last evening for apps and websites with workouts and routines, and I came back to my long love Blogilates, from where I will begin a 30-day challenge for beginners, and I will add stretching and maybe some more workouts to that. Women Running had a very nice 8-week weight-loss program as well, but it included running for 30 to 50 minutes at times, and this I know I cannot do (yet). I feel so ashamed for letting myself go, because there were times when I was running 6 km in about 40 minutes, and I am so far from that fitness level now.
I also looked into Yoga and specialized workouts for hips, abs and arms. What apps and websites do you use?

Haven't been able to put myself to work out or watch what I eat as I was intending, been having a terrible amount of stress and frustration at work. I have changed jobs yesterday and should have more time for myself with the new one.
On a side note, I think I am over-thinking about getting ready for dieting, as I don't want to fall into obsession like it did a few years ago (it was my top preoccupation, and it made me ignore all the other aspects of my life, from college to health). But in the same time, I feel like this fear is becoming obsessive a bit as well, and is keeping me from wanting to focus on what and how much I eat. Does anybody know what I mean, does anybody have any advice for this?

A lot of things have happened the last few days, from me starting to workout and then having very long days at work and not being able to do that :( from having food poisoning that really got me dehydrated to then eating some chocolate now and then, when the stress at work was very high. The stressful part has past now, and I hope it will stay away at least for a while, letting me focus on exercising as much as I want :D
I am surprised and of course happy with the drop, as I know it takes me quite a bit of effort to lose weight. I am not as focused on counting calories and losing on the scale as much as I care about the quality of food and on dropping centimeters, so this way of looking at things really helps.
Aw and I discovered that going shopping really gives you a push to go out there and do something about your body, because those mirrors in the stores are just awful, like spotting everything you are not proud about yourself LOL. This is what happened to me, so I might go and try on clothes more often, not necessarily buy them,but just enough to let the mirrors scare me again :D

I've gone running today. I enjoy it a lot, it's my favorite type of workout, and it's something I always come back to. I have an application on my phone that is meant to help you train for your first 5K - because the thing is, I don't want just to lose weight, I also want to join a 10K or even a half-marathon one day. In this way I focus on more than just one benefit of exercising, and I think it will get me more committed :D
I also ate pizza afterwards - it was my boyfriend's easy and delicious recipe, and it was waiting for me on the table when I came home, how could I say no?
And I realised it's been a week without sweets and desserts for,apart from some honey a few days ago, YAY!
