You know that day where you are optimistic about your resolve, and you make it about 80% through the day okay, and then fatigue leads to bad choices...?
Yeah. That happened.
I have *pinky-sworn* my husband not to eat any candy tomorrow.
(Sometimes having only one problem area makes it harder to be healthy, because if you mess up in that area, there's no area where you can mitigate the damage...)

My apartment is a complete mess, especially in the living room. It's mostly my fault, because I've let papers build up in stacks and convinced myself that it's organized chaos.... F*** it, it's just chaos. I resolve to clean it up completely today! (On the plus side, that burns more calories than just lying down and reading a book.)

Ack... today was a total wash in terms of exercise, % intake goal for protein, and total calorie intake. If only I didn't have that candy around me at work all the time!
But being honest in the food journal counts for something, right? Right??
