I have been doing Dr Oz Rapid Weight Loss program for the last week. I haven't been journaling my food, but have been working the program. I am pleased with my results so far.

I had a doctor appointment today for a "well checkup" so I could get prescriptions refilled. My doctor pointed out to the intern that was with him that I have lost 100 lbs. since my heaviest weight. He was very pleased with my weight and all the activity I have been doing. My blood pressure was 120/80. He wants me to have blood work done so it will be interesting to see if those numbers have improved.

I signed up to do a Muddy Cheer Challenge in August and a Color Vibe race in May. Both are 5k and they are for the FUN of it.
