So, its a sunday and I measured myself again:
Chest= 39 inches
Upper belly= 35.8 inches
Lower belly= 42.5 inches
Arm= 13.8 inches
Thigh= 25.6 inches
I really just added some precision but I do think my chest and arm has reduced a bit, and my waist a tiny tiny bit and my lower belly maybe in microscopic measurements has come down. Kidding. Anyway, Goal Fitness on!🤞

Losing 1.5 kg a Week

Yesterday, I wrote a journal which was not published at all. Anyway let me just repeat that. I did planks for 60 seconds for the first time. My core is getting stronger and I am really really proud of me. On an unrelated topic, I think I have almost learnt how to drive and thats something else to be proud of.
I measure myself for the first time in my life and I am happy I did that.
Below are the measurements:-
Chest= 39.5 inches
Upper belly= 36 inches
Lower belly= 42 inches
Hips= 43.5 inches
Arm= 13 inches
Thigh= 27.2 inches
I will keep updating every week. And in this week, I will recieve my weighing machine, so I can tell my accurate weight too. Lets just keep up our fitness goals. Cheers!

Got my weighing machine. So, I am 73.6kg. Did go above my estimate but its ok.

I know I haven't been updating regularly but I also dont think there is a point to. Today, a very significant thung happened. I did planks for a whole minute. I think I am really working on my core. It feels really good.
Also, I got my yoga mat. Its perfect.And soon, I will get my weighing machine and I can track my weight better.
Till then, eat healthy and keep fit.
