I am not losing weight. I took two rest days this week, but I was planning on completing the Emi Wong 4 week challange in 4 weeks only by skipping the rest day today. I think I am going to do that. But, I am really lacking the motivation. I don't know what is going wrong. I thought by the end of this month, I will be 64kg and within BMI but that doesnt seem plausible now. But as I always say, there is no point in giving up. Any tips, do give. Lets just keep going and keep expecting the best.

Chest- 37 inches
Waist- 31.5 inches
Lower belly- 37.2 inches.

It actually seems like I have one good week followed by one bad week. But essentially, I havent done anything wrong as such this week. But I am on my periods, so I understand it maybe the bloating and water weight, and its ok. I have actually enjoyed working out, and I think it will all be worth it. Yet, I am kinda dissapointed. If anybody knows how to not feel disheartened, do tell me.
I completed the 2nd week of Emi Wong Challange, not giving up whatsover. I also some days did some workouts of Chloe Ting since I workout for an hour. I had one proper cheat meal and a bit of icecream 2 days. All in all, nice week, I guess.

Waist- 31.5 inches
Lower belly- 37.3 inches
Hips- 40 inches
Arm- 11.5 inches
Thigh- 23.5 inches

Phew! I think its been a really good week. I have lost quite some weight and more importantly I have been happy. I have had 2 cheat meals and really enjoyed the workout. Thank you so much @hefty_hanna and @kritikajain25 for your suggestion of starting Emi Wong challanges. They are not only interesting but also effective. I have been doing her 4 week fat burn. Since, her workouts are less than an hour many days, I fill the gap with Chloe Ting abs exercises mostly.
This week has been really inspiring for me. I need to work on my sleep cycle which has not been very regular. But now, I am back on track of drinking enough water. And yes, I am going to have 2 cheat meals every week. Because at the end of the day, its really necessary to be happy. Be fit and stay happy! Cheers!

Really dissapointed. I unknowingly deleted it actually. I didnt complete the Chloe Ting Challange but I did workout, but not much results.

My chloe ting 2 weeks shred was going really great untill yesterday, I just took an extra rest day when my body was not even tired. I was sad and didn't feel like working out, but later I regretted it a lot. I almost reached a point when I thought I was gonna give up. But then I realised we have to keep pushing, and to be honest I have pushed myself. I have worked out on periods, on the day I had an infection on a thumb. But yesterday, when so many things were fine, I didn't push through. And it was only yesterday that I realised its ok to not push through one day. We are humans. We just have to keep trying.
I had a super clean week. Infact I got sore after months because these workouts pushed me to new limits. Though the results are not shocking, I think they are good enough. And I am gonna push through another week. Maybe without a rest day, so that I complete the challange in 2 weeks. Or maybe I will just focus on keeping on exercising, no matter what.

Hips- 41.5 inches
Thigh- 24.2 inches
Arm- 12 inches
There has long been no changes on my arm and thigh. Gotta work on them.
