Feels good to be entering food intake and excercise again. Find I am tempted to snack much less when I have to be accountable (go figure, hee hee!)Funny how I raved about how well the tools work before, but how its been tough getting back to them! All told though, the foundation I built here makes it really hard to just chuck it and go back to my old ways. Even when I am not entering, I cant HELP but be very concious of what I am eating. I cant HELP but jones for excercise when I am not getting enough. I love this site for what it has done for my mind set. I worked hard to lose pounds, and I am not about to kick that hard work in the a$$

Since I am up odd hours, my "day" will consist of anything when I wake up through midnight. Generally get up around 1:30pm work 4 to 4 and hit the sack around 6am. Mostly entering this for myself to help me remember how I am doing it.

Peace buddies. I am going the wrong way on this thing. Foot injury making cardio next to impossible, and vampire hours beating me up.It is pitch pitch dark out where I work and my lunch walks have become a real challenge. Still doing my dmandest to eat well though. Im at 175, MY ORIGINAL GOAL, AND I NEED THAT TREND TO REVERSE. I am trying not to get down. I will figure this out and get back down. I havent given up. This career change has turned everything upside down. Ill get back in the groove. Ill get there. Ill use the tools.

Got back to focusing more on water intake last night at work. Best calorie deficit day in a long time. Sometimes, over time we lose the basics, and hats what I am getting back to.

Hi Buddies. Well, its time to get back to journaling and logging my intake. I have been away for a while (not gone) and doing pretty OK. Still always really conscious of what I am eating (even when it bad stuff, hee hee)and getting all of the exercise I can. In the first year I was ADAMANT about logging and recommending others do the same. Well, Ive slid up, mostly to a pretty challenging shift that I work (yes, you have heard me whining about it already!!)I have been asking for tips and forgetting to follow my own best advice! So I need a little re-set, ned to re-focus, cause I am NOT going back to 200 plus ever again. Feels to good THIS WAY! I look forward to hearing your successes and helping with your struggles, while I share mine!
