Another one pot pasta dish... Roasted chicken breast, hot italian sausage, peppers with tomato sauce, salsa and cream. Set it on the stove on low in the middle of my workout and it was ready when I was done. Easiest dish ever!

Pan seared then baked wild atlantic salmon with a big side of mixed pan fried veggies.... added a little mayo to the top of the salmon before baking to give a tasty topping to it! Served with a side of homemade creamy dill sauce.
