Hey I'm Sarah.
Before I started my healthier Lifestyle I was munching my way through bags of chips, dip, takeaways and anything salty basicly. It lead me to gain over 15kg in fat and lose the muscle tone I once had.
After getting my head in the right place I'm now 19kg down of body fat, gained 7kg of lean muscle, way more energy, my digestion has improved and I generally just love life so much more!
After maintaining for 2 years I'm beginning Phase #2
Goals

gain 5kg more of muscle

and to matain my daily hydration at 54%
