I started at 225, about 3 months ago. Slowly but surely, the weight is coming off, the right way this time. I've lost a tremendous amount of weight before (about 7 years ago), but gained it all back after I got married (3 years ago).
I went through a long period of unhealthy dieting and eating, and now I am trying to lose weight in a healthy and controlled manner. I am tired of yo yo dieting, pills, eating disorders and food obsessions. I am trying to get down to a weight that is healthy for me, and not what other people think I should look like.
