Hello, my name is Kym. I am a wife and a mother of 2 handsome boys. After haveing my second son I struggled with getting back into shape and eating properly. I have gotten close to my weight goal, but the last few pounds just don't wanna go away. I am typically a pretty "good" eater with the types of food I eat, but have my occasional days that I make my mistakes. I also found out this year that I have high blood pressure, which I get to take medication for, and would truly like to be able to live without a prescription. I feel with the help of this application/site and other sites I am a part of I am becoming a more educated and healthier person in which my family can look up to.
