It has been almost 30 days since I've eaten no more rice, beans, corn and flatbread (cause of a sort of keto/low-carb thingumabob). Nevertheless it looks fine, bon appetit!

Good morning Fellow Fatsecret members, thanks for all your kind comments, myself stopped eating all kind of high carbs for the sake of losing weight, but guess what, it's all about knowing how your body responds to food, and knowing the good time to eat, and the amount of food you eat, In the top of all, as long you exercise once/day for minimum 30min, increasing your HBR, then your metabolism is boosted to burn these little amounts of energy your body needs :), Good luck with all
