It can be a chore, that's for sure. Try to eat lots of veg at home. Eat so much veg it seems almost crazy. Eat lean meats as much as you can, and then more veg, especially the leaves and watery style veg. Coffee is fine! And tea without sugar. I honestly, almost hate going out to eat. I get a McDonald's coffee through fhe drive-thru and leave it at that. Then I eat at home.
