Good Morning everyone, today my goal is to wake up, meditate on the most high God!! Do some home exercises. I will be dropping my Gym and YMCA memberships d/t me getting a new home today. Still determined to lose this weight I learned to watch the sodium in the foods I eat. Healthy foods are still loaded with sodium. I thank God for this application(fatsecret) It helps me to keep it all in check.
I will be decreasing my calories are about 1500, and I got my protein up to 106 and carb intake at 159. I plan on decreasing and increasing the above by 10 today. My calories i will decrease today by 300.
Wow i notice that the simplest exercises and aerobic movement causes my heart rate to increase, i will be applying some of the moves during my 15 minute breaks as i should be taking any way when I'm at work.
So I'm going to listen to a little Joel Osteen get dressed and leave for work. In just a bit. I weigh in today after lunch so I'm a little excited. A week ago today I was weighing 234 lbs at 5'7" tall. We will see today.
Remember life is what you make it. When you begin to feel overwhelmed take a step back, pray and take one thing at a time. It will all work out!! everyone be blessed.

this week end was a chore. I tried to stick with low calories in my food selection. I don't want to call this a diet when i'm trying to make a lifestyle change. I stuck to packages of oatmeal, half ham and cheese sandwich for breakfast. I had light lunch however when i'm out i don't think to eat and it becomes hard for me. But i mustard up three meals. Couldn't get the snacks in though. Maybe this weekend i can do better. Well I weigh in this saturday and it does not feel as though I lost anything. Nervous. Still drinking lots of water and have not touched any soda. i had one cup of coffee last week. No fruit juices either.

I woke up reluctant to get up this morning at 5:30am. But glad i didn't press snooze. I packed up my work clothes, put on fitness clothes and headed to the gym. I listened to my gospel and walked 1.35 miles in 25. mins. I burned 247 calories and felt great about it. I have been promising myself that I was going to do it so today I had a good start.
I then went to the herbalife shop sat down with a few people mingled and had my Aloe water, Tea and left for work with my shake in my favorite cup.
I am working on drinking my gallon of water minus the 44oz I already drank this morning.
Its time for my snack so i will enjoy my greek mixed berry yogurt.
Time to get back to work!!
