Sopa Legumes

...a minha sopa de legumes

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Fazer um refogado com a cebola, alho e azeite.
  2. Conforme o refogado vai ficando lourinho, acrescenta-se os restantes legumes.
  3. Coloca-se água até meio dps legumes e deixa-se cozinhar.
  4. Quando estiver tudo cozinhado, apaga-se o lume e passa-se a sopa até ficar um creme.
  5. E acrescenta-se as lentilhas previamente cozidas.
