Bolo de Banana com Aveia

Bolo integral com aveia, banana e uvas passa sem adição de farinha de trigo.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Bata no liquidificador, os ovos, o óleo, a banana, as uvas e a canela.
  2. Em uma vasilha, despeje a massa líquida e acrescente a aveia, misture até ficar homogêneo. Acrescente o fermento.
  3. Leve ao forno baixo 180ºC por cerca de 35 minutos em forma untada ou de silicone de 25 cm de diâmetro. Faça o teste do palito (espete um palito de dente no centro da massa para saber se está assado, se sair limpo sem resíduo grudado, está no ponto).
