Kale Chips

An easy-to-prepare alternative to high-calorie chips.

Directions

  1. Pre-heat air fryer at 370°F. Wash and drain chopped kale. Pat dry to remove excess water.
  2. In a bowl, mix oil, salt, and pepper. Add kale then toss.
  3. Place in the air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes or until crispy.
