PB Fat Bomb

PB and cream cheese with cinnamon and pumpkin seeds.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix the peanut butter, softened cream cheese and ghee in a bowl.
  2. Add the cinnamon and Stevia.
  3. Then fold in the pumpkin seeds.
  4. Cover the bowl and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes so it can set.
  5. Remove from freezer and form into spheres a little bigger than a quarter, alternatively you can use a small melon baller.
  6. After they are finished, they need to go back into the freezer for about 20-30 minutes before serving.
  7. Note: it's a good idea to store them in the freezer, too. They'll keep longer that way.
