I had not been tracking my food and had not been exercising AT ALL over the 1st quarter of this WHOLE year. I have changed that now and am exercising daily...at work on my breaks and lunch and on my days off walking/jogging in the park. I'm also 100% committed to tracking all of the foods that I eat, everyday.
