I am feeling down. I have been logging what I eat and eating less than the required amount of daily calories and yet I have gained instead of losing weight.

My husband has been off work and cooked three days last week. Granted, I have eaten some foods that I don't usually have but I watched my portions etc. But I don't understand why I gained pounds.

Just can't seem to get the right balance to accomplish the weight loss that I have been struggling to get for more than a year now. Feeling so defeated.
87.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
