The issues I have with acid reflux have subsided. I do not snack before bedtime and that was causing it. I have more energy, I don't feel like snacking and I don't feel hungry. Week one almost complete. Feeling GOOD !!
94.7 kg Lost so far: 28.4 kg.    Still to go: 24.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
