have you ever had one of those days where you ask yourself whether or not you can do this? im having one. how do you get yourself out of this rut. i was sitting here chatting with a friend about weightloss since shes had great success and i realized. its not just about weight loss and seeing results. its a lifestyle change so you can maintain the weight off. do your cravings for unhealthy food ever subside? because right now i just want to sit on the couch and eat a box of croissants and then roll over and sleep. 😔 but i promise i wont bc 1. i dont have croissants at home and 2. im trying to stop my comfort eating habits
