darn lol i did go to knotts scary farm yesterday and had free refills of punch all night and finisbed off with a funnel cake so im not surprised i didnt see any weightloss. im hoping next week will be better! 🎃

happy to see i didnt gain. i didn't eat the best i possibly could last week. i ate a lot of potatoes and snacked quite a bit. going to try to eat better next week.

1st week of not eating 2-3xs my normal calorie intake as i was previously accustomed to. i dont even believe ive lost that much weight just doing that! im excited y'all! 😁 i wonder when ill stop losing weight just by doing this and will have to incorporate exercise to keep shedding the pounds

have you ever had one of those days where you ask yourself whether or not you can do this? im having one. how do you get yourself out of this rut. i was sitting here chatting with a friend about weightloss since shes had great success and i realized. its not just about weight loss and seeing results. its a lifestyle change so you can maintain the weight off. do your cravings for unhealthy food ever subside? because right now i just want to sit on the couch and eat a box of croissants and then roll over and sleep. 😔 but i promise i wont bc 1. i dont have croissants at home and 2. im trying to stop my comfort eating habits

so many new things on this app since i last used it (2014) fell off the wagon and trying to get my life back. happy to see a nice supportive community. just what i needed.
