Akan ada waktunya, dalam waktu singkat turun BB cepet, lalu konsisten diet + workout,tp BB ngga turun2 lagi..
Itulah saat2 ujian terberat 😂😂😂
Nah.. pas masa2 itu harus lanjut terus, bodo amat timbangan bilang apa.hahaha
