Well, I started back on the induction phase today. Looks like I let the holidays get a few lbs back on me:-( Anyway...I had 20 carbs today & I walked @ 3.5-4 miles/hr for 30min & did wt training for 30 min. I also walked again this afternoon for 30 min. Hope to see some results soon. I am going to a cardio class in am & also a pilates class too. Breakfast: 4 deviled eggs(2 whole eggs total) 1 carb 1 1/2 slice of ham 1 carb lunch: Atkins bar 3 carb snack: 2 eggs 1 carb dinner: 2 baked pork chops 1 can(3c) green beans 13 carb snack: 2 sf candy 1 carb Total carbs: 20
