I worked hard on the diet during the week before Christmas and lost half a pound. Then I splurged too much during the holiday and gained the half pound back. I ate fairly healthy meals, but then had holiday treats like pecan pie and other yummy bad things. I suppose I should be glad it was only 1/2 a pound gain! I'm back home and back on track now, though.
Am dragging a bit today, think that I may be catching the virus that has both my kids coughing and one of them feverish. Plus we got home from our trip to find out that our heat pump is broken and the house won't warm up above about 50 degrees. Brrr!
