I haven't been on FS since November, I think, and my weight has been bouncing around between 148-152 during that time. For the most part it's been relatively stable, which is ok, but it's definitely not dropping. I am eating well (although have not been as strict as I ought to be) and am still playing soccer (but just on weekends). This is fine for maintenance, but if I want to lose any more I know I'll need to amp it up some more. I will try to check in here more often, I know that helps me stay accountable. :)

It's been a while since I was on Fatsecret, things got very busy for me with work and I wasn't making time to check in here. I've maintained good habits for the most part and I was down to 148 about a week ago. But, work and going to kid events has made my exercise schedule kind of tricky and I recently had a weekend trip for work where I wasn't being as careful about food as I should be. So, then I was up by a couple pounds when I got back. So, I went back to salad lunches and walking to/from work (about a mile each way) every day. Now my weight is back where I was and I am back on track. So, the weigh in looks steady, but it's actually been a bit more of an down and up and back down few weeks. I'm looking forward to riding my bike tomorrow and playing soccer on Sunday.

I'm making slow but steady progress. I'm especially excited about this loss because it puts me 10 pounds away from my goal weight! Reaching that goal is looking more doable to me.
I'm back on a regular work schedule (last year I was on leave to work on a special project that gave me a flexible schedule), and am walking to work every day. It's only about a 15 minute walk but it means that at the very least I'm doing 30 minutes of walking every day. I also work on the 4th floor and I make myself take the stairs every time, so I go up and down a bunch of stairs every day. This, in addition to my soccer and other exercise, has been really good for me! I haven't been logging my daily food intake, which maybe I should do again. But I'm in a routine for my food and feel like I know about how many calories, carbs, etc. I'm getting. So, I've been lazy about recording. Not sure if that will be a problem or not. Nonetheless, I'm happy about this progress and am ok with it being slow and steady.
